What we hold
The things you tell LUUM in conversation, the reflections and check-ins you write, your email address, and basic account information. That is the whole of it.
Privacy
People tell LUUM things they have not said out loud. Who they are caring for. What they are afraid of losing. What they are quietly hoping for.
That kind of trust cannot be earned with a policy document. But a policy can at least be honest about what happens to what you share—so here is ours, in plain language.
Our principles
In practice
The things you tell LUUM in conversation, the reflections and check-ins you write, your email address, and basic account information. That is the whole of it.
So LUUM can remember your story and stay useful to you over time. Your life is not training material for anyone else's product, and it is never sold.
You. The small team building LUUM only accesses your content when you ask us for help, or where the law requires it of us. It is not browsed, and it is not shared.
For as long as you want LUUM to keep it. Delete a memory and it goes. Close your account and everything goes with it.
Write to hello@myluum.com with any question about your information—what we hold, what we do with it, or a request to remove it.
Not to profile you.
Not to sell you.
Not to keep what you asked us to let go of.
LUUM is still being built. If any of this changes, we will tell you plainly, before it takes effect.
A companion is only worth having if it can be trusted.
Questions about your information are always welcome—write to us at hello@myluum.com.
