What LUUM is
LUUM is a Life Intelligence companion. It learns through conversation, remembers what you choose to share, and helps you see how the pieces of your life connect. It is a place for reflection—nothing more, and nothing less.
Terms and conditions
An agreement, written like a conversation.
Most terms are written to be survived rather than read. We would rather you actually understood what you are agreeing to, so this is short and in plain language.
By using LUUM, you are agreeing to what follows. Last updated September 2026.
What LUUM is not
LUUM is not a doctor, therapist, crisis service, lawyer, or financial adviser, and nothing it offers is professional advice. If you are in danger or in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line. Please keep the people who care for you in your life; LUUM is not a replacement for them.
Using LUUM
You need to be at least 18 to use LUUM. Please use it for your own reflection—not to harm, harass, impersonate, or gather information about anyone else, and not to break the law or interfere with how the service runs.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has them. What happens in your account is treated as yours, so it matters that only you can reach it.
What you share stays yours
Your words, reflections, and memories belong to you. You give us only the permission we need to run LUUM for you—storing what you write, and letting LUUM read it in order to respond and remember. Nothing you share is sold, and it is not used to train anyone else's models. How we handle it is set out on our privacy page.
What LUUM says
LUUM's responses are generated, which means they can be incomplete, mistaken, or simply wrong. Treat what LUUM notices as a possibility to consider, never as a fact about who you are—and correct it when it misses. You remain the author of your own decisions.
While LUUM is being built
LUUM is early. Features will change, some will disappear, and there may be interruptions while we build. We do our best, but we cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Leaving
You can stop using LUUM and delete your account whenever you like, and what you asked us to delete is deleted. We may close an account that is being used to harm others or to break these terms. Either way, this agreement simply ends.
The legal part, briefly
LUUM is provided as it is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
Changes and questions
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you plainly before it takes effect. Anything unclear here is worth asking about—write to hello@myluum.com.
